What is BodyFactory?
BodyFactory was founded by Robert Green 16 years ago. From day one, Robert
had the vision to improve his clients’ lifestyles for the better. He
witnessed first-hand the lack of a simple instruction booklet on life and how
to better it through diet, fitness and spiritual awakening. His goal therefore
became one of creating a fun and easy way to enhance life for individuals.
He wanted to design an environment that was non-judgmental, easily understood,
and more importantly, one that produced a fun way to take pleasure in exercise,
nutrition and health. BodyFactory has become this dream environment.
BodyFactory stores provide a tantalizing, sensory experience for its customers.
There are a myriad of products to smell and sample, taste and touch. Everything
is hands-on to provide the ultimate shopping experience. BodyFactory has an
inviting charm that allows anyone with a desire, to experience a better life
through its quality products, professional staff, knowledgeable experience,
and pleasurable atmosphere.
The original store was located in Simi Valley, California.
Over the years, we’ve opened other retail locations in Hollywood, Palm
Springs, Los Angeles and West Hollywood. BodyFactory is currently expanding
to the East Coast.

How can I order the BodyFactory T-shirt worn on the television show Real
World Hollywood?
Due to the incredible demand for this particular T-shirt, we are currently
out of stock. We do have our newest comfortable logo T-shirts made of 100%
cotton. They’re available in slate grey with blue and green lettering.

with your purchase. If, for any reason, you or those who receive your gifts
are not pleased, within 14 days of receipt we will gladly accept your return

How can I unsubscribe from your email newsletters?
At the bottom of our newsletters
is a "Unsubscribe" link. Clicking
it immediately removes your email from the list. Nothing more is needed. You
may be asked to take a short survey after unsubscribing, but completing it
is optional. You are already unsubscribed when the survey opens.
Do your retail stores carry the same products as the Web site and the catalog?
While
our retail stores offer the widest variety of products, many of these products
are also offered on our Web site and through our catalog.
If I order online or by telephone from the catalog, can I pick up my order
at one of the retail stores?
Yes. There is an option in the Checkout section
that offers in-store pickup. You may also call any of our retail stores directly
to order any products they carry, which they will ship or hold for you to
pick up in person.
How do I purchase a gift card online?
To purchase a gift card online, click

We will send the gift card via UPS Ground service in a beautiful
mailer with your personal message. The shipping charge for gift cards is $5.00,
regardless of gift card amount. Credit cards are not charged until your order
ships, and at that time, the correct amount for shipping is charged.
How can I redeem my
gift card?
You can redeem a gift card on our Web site,
by phone, by mail, or in person at our retail stores. On the Web site, the
gift card number will be entered under the Payment Information section of
checkout. By phone, please provide the gift card number at time of Payment.
In person: Simply present it when you make a purchase at any of our retail
stores. For more information, please call our Customer Service Center at 888.263.9322.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express, when you order online or over
the phone. We also accept checks or money orders for Web Orders. If you place
the order by phone and wish to pay by check or money order, we can put your
order on hold until we receive your payment in the mail.
How is sales tax calculated?
There is no sales tax
on products shipping to states where we do not have a retail location.
For orders shipped to California, 7.75% sales tax is
added.
How do I use a promotion code?
While checking out, there
is a Promotional Code box in the bottom of the Shopping Cart. Simply enter
your code and click “Apply.” Please note that
customers may only use one promotional code per order.
How can I track my shipment?
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your
package by clicking the "Track
packages" link in Your Account. The shipping method and carrier for
your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation
e-mail.
How do I change or update my order?
You can review the details and status of any order you have placed via Your
Account. For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date
and method of shipment and get a tracking number. If your item has not been
shipped, please call our toll-free number at 888.263.9322 (BODYFACTORY) and
speak with one of our associates.
What is your return policy?
Our policy is simple. We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or
exchange. BodyFactory will accept merchandise returns within 14 days of receipt
and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid purchase
receipt.

Which shipping company do you use?
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS)
and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can track the shipment of
your package directly with them at www.ups.com or
by calling 800.742.5877 (800.PICK.UPS), or by www.usps.com or
by calling 800.275.8777 (800.ASK.USPS).
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the
size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping
costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to Checkout
button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping
options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
When do you ship?
All items are shipped from our fulfillment
center in Riverside County or directly from our purveyors. We strive
to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances
orders may require 2 business days to ship. Orders for in-stock items placed
by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), will ship same day.
Where do my online, telephone and catalog orders ship from?
All items are shipped from either our fulfillment center in Riverside County
or directly from our purveyors.
Do the retail stores ship products?
Yes, our retail stores
will ship any product they carry.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or international
addresses?
We
are unable to ship outside the 50 United States. We ship to PO Boxes,
APO's and/or FPO's via USPS.
