Our policy is simple. We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or
exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
BodyFactory will accept merchandise
returns within 14 days of receipt and will issue a credit or refund
at the time of return only with a valid purchase receipt. A valid purchase
receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same
condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless
defective.
We appreciate your understanding that BodyFactory merchandise may
only be returned in person to one of our BodyFactory stores or
by mail. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or
refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded
in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
By Mail
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions
on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail
it to the BodyFactory address on your packing slip. If you do not have a packing
slip, please call us at 888.263.9322 (BODYFACTORY).

Store Purchases
Any BodyFactory merchandise purchased in
store should be returned for a refund at the BodyFactory
store where it was purchased.
Please note: When a gift is returned, a
BodyFactory merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient
for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift
card can be used for purchases from BodyFactory stores, catalog and online.
All
fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original
packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.
REFUNDS
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive
a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us
to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days),
and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 6 business
days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 14 days after
delivery will receive a partial refund.
