We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order.

Shipping Times

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Riverside County or directly from our purveyors. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship. The shipping process for each location is as follows:

For items In-Stock and shipped from our fulfillment center:

• Ground Shipping, orders placed by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship same day.
• Express Shipping, orders placed by 5 p.m. EST will ship same day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.
• Overnight Delivery (both regular and early a.m.), orders placed by 5 p.m. EST will ship same day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.
• Overnight Delivery on Friday, customers can choose Saturday delivery for orders placed by Friday at 5 p.m. EST. There is an additional charge of $15.00.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to Checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

Gift Cards have a shipping charge of $5.00 per gift card regardless of the card amount .

Packing Materials

Environmental protection is a priority for the conservation of precious natural resources and the continued health of our planet. BodyFactory recognizes its responsibility as a global citizen and is continually striving to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do and the products we create. BodyFactory orders are shipped in previously-used corrugated containers which on average contain 43% recovered fiber content. Once used, these containers are 100% recyclable for use in the manufacture of other paper products..

Sales Tax

9.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.
